While we can’t get rid of a nagging boss Tiffany can tell you how to take your power back with simple tips for being healthy at your desk! In this training, she will show you what to do at work to improve your health through easily adoptable habits everyone can implement right away. She will review supportive tips to help your spine, back, neck and eyes as well as how and when to move, food and water. If you are already experiencing arthritis, carpal tunnel, or chronic pain, this course will help!
